Neuromodulators
(aka Botox®, Dysport®, Nuceiva®, Letybo®)
Neuromodulators are used to target specific areas of the upper and lower face by relaxing the facial muscles that create deep lines and wrinkles.
Lip Flip - Treatment to relax the muscle surrounding the upper lip preventing the lip from curling in as your smile, in turn offering more visible show of the lip. This is a great alternative to lip filler however not everyone is a candidate; assessment required.
Therapeutic Treatments- may be covered by your health insurance plan.
Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating) -
Neuromodulators can be utilized in areas such as the armpits, hands and feet to address excessive sweating.
Masseter /Jaw Neuromodulators (relief of TMJ/Bruxism) -
Neuromodulator is used to target overactive muscles in the jaw that can contribute to discomfort and pain related to issues like TMJ, Bruxism, clenching, and grinding. This treatment may also offer an added benefit of facial slimming.
Migraines (Basic Protocols)
Neuromodulators can be utilized for relief of persistent headaches/migraines. Basic treatment parameters can be offered in clinic, and referral made for more advanced treatment to our Nurse Practitioner.
Dermal Fillers
All of our Hyaluronic Acid Fillers are Health Canada approved and help to restore lost volume, smooth lines, soften creases and enhance facial contours. Hyaluronic Acid is a gel-like substance that attracts water molecules and acts like a cushion, propping up existing facial features that have lost volume and elasticity.
Some treatment areas will require more than one syringe of dermal filler and/or multiple sessions.
Skin Boosters
Skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to deeply hydrate and improve overall skin quality from the inside out. Unlike dermal fillers, they don’t change the shape or volume of your face. Instead, they deliver lightweight hyaluronic acid (a water-loving molecule naturally found in the skin) just beneath the surface.
This boosts hydration, elasticity, and radiance while stimulating collagen production. The result is smoother, plumper, and healthier-looking skin with a natural glow.
Skin boosters are ideal for treating areas such as the face, neck, décolleté, and even the backs of the hands — anywhere skin needs a refresh.

Forma-I™ RF Skin Rejuvenation
Forma-I™ is a non-invasive radiofrequency dermal heating device used to stimulate collagen production, tighten the skin, and achieve a rejuvenated appearance to the targeted areas.
Forma-I™ utilizes radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen production and promote skin tightening and rejuvenation. Forma-I™ applies heat to the tissue with RF, causing a process called neocollagenesis to occur, which produces increased fibroblast stimulation and new collagen to be created in the tissues of our skin. For this reason, Forma can help improve skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles.
It is a non-invasive procedure primarily used to target the skin surrounding the eyes.
Dry Eye Treatments
Intense Pulse Light (IPL) Lumecca™ - Lumecca-I™ uses intense pulsed light (IPL) technology to target blood vessels that contribute to inflammation around the eyelids, improving tear production and overall eye comfort. IPL technology works in the treatment of dry eye by stimulating the facial tissue through light pulses that target these blood vessels and pigmented lesions, which can lead to inflammatory dry eye. The light that is omitted targets and absorbs abnormal blood vessels resulting in a significant reduction of inflammatory levels along the eyelid margin.
Forma-I™ Radiofrequency - Forma-I™ is a non-invasive, radiofrequency-based treatment designed to address meibomian gland dysfunction, a common cause of dry eye. By gently heating the oils within the eyelids, this improves gland function, promotes better oil secretion and tear film quality for dry eye relief.
This treatment is followed by a manual expression of the oil glands, and paired with other dry-eye relief products such as supplements, eye-drops/gels, and hot compress. Your unique treatment plan will be curated during your appointment with the Ottawa Valley Vision Team.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To provide the best service for all of our clients, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, will be subject to a $60.00 fee. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients and maintain the high standard of care you expect from Mudita Medical Aesthetics.
